We all make the mistake of concentrating on food when we try to loose weight. The fact is that food is not the problem. The problem is within. Our attitudes, our habits, our behavior is what causes us to gain weight and our attitudes, our habits, and our behavior is what keeps us from loosing weight.

A very important point that I learned some years ago is this;

It starts to drift right and a small correction gets it back on course. It drifts left and another correction steers it closer to the target. We are the same in that regard.

The point is not to become discouraged when you get off course.

  • Make the appropriate correction.
