For women over 30, healthy weight loss can be like the elusive golden goose that Jack sought. Fortunately, thanks to our team of experts, now healthy weight loss needs no longer be out of reach for the average woman.

 Flush It Away

The first thing that any woman over 30 should remember is key to healthy weight loss, is that it is vitally important that you stay completely hydrated. Getting enough water in your system is an important part of any healthy weight loss program, and for a woman over 30’s health in general. Most of us do not get enough fluid in our daily diet to adequately flush the toxins which keep us overweight from our systems.

 What’s Your Number?

The second key to healthy weight loss for women over 30, is to ensure that you are taking in the proper number of calories for your target weight. Ask your physician exactly how many calories someone of your ideal weight would need to maintain their weight; then, as a part of your healthy weight loss program, reduce your current calorie intake to that number.

 Get A Move On

Exercise is also an important part of any healthy weight loss program. You should talk to your doctor about what level of exercise is safe to ensure that you save healthy. Weight loss is our goal, yes; but you can do irreparable damage to yourself if you exercise too strenuously.  If you have lived a rather sedentary lifestyle, your healthy weight loss program should include no more than 30 minutes of exercise three times per week. If you feel that even this is too much for you, start off with just a ten minute walk each day until you are able to build more stamina. Remember that if your ultimate goal is healthy weight loss, even only moderate exercise is better than none.

 Take It Slow

Whatever you do, remember that the most important part of healthy weight loss for a woman over 30 is to start off slow. Never try to lose more than a few pounds each week. A slow and steady pace is the best way to maintain healthy weight loss.
